  1. Consolidated Rules of Practice

    The Consolidated Rules of Practice and Procedure of the Health Professions Appeal and Review Board and the Health Services Appeal and Review Board (the Boards) were revised and consolidated in May 2013.

    The Consolidated Rules of Practice and Procedure govern the practices and procedures of the Boards. These practices and procedures are to be followed during the hearing and review process.
