Due to the labour disruption at Canada Post, mail services of the Board have been impacted. We ask that you please use email when submitting documents to the Board to avoid delays. Alternatively, documents may be received and delivered by courier if email is not an option. Please note that couriers do not deliver to PO Boxes. If your mailing address on record includes a PO Box and you have indicated your preferred method of communication is via mail, please contact your case officer and/or the Board to make alternate arrangements for document delivery.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

The Board is updating its practices and procedures and continues to prioritize digital transformation and innovation as it modernizes its services. At this time, the Board continues to conduct its proceedings electronically via videoconferencing and teleconferencing.

The Board is also working to safely accommodate limited in-person proceedings. Accommodation requests and very complex matters may be scheduled for in-person proceedings on a case-by-case basis. While the Board encourages electronic formats of proceedings, it will ensure that people have access to services when accommodation is needed.

The Board recommends that all requests for review, submissions, materials, and inquiries be sent via email to hparb@ontario.ca or faxed to HPARB at 416-327-8524.

Alternatively, you may contact the Board via regular mail, courier or by leaving a message at 416-327-8512.
